David B Hart on The Beautiful and Mysterious Autumn

One of the attendees of the Vibrant Dance just pointed out a new article that 'fits in nicely with our just completed conference.' The article is by David Bentley Hart on the First Things' On the Square, who recently published the book
Atheist Delusions. Here is a sample:
``Well, I blame Francis Bacon. I know, I know: one can talk of
Christianity’s “desacralization” of creation, or of the
Enlightenment having delivered humanity from the terrors of the
“demon-haunted world,” but all of that is misleading.''
